We want you to be completely satisfied with your BidKit Pro purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email us at hello@bidkit.io with your order number or the email address you used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You will retain full access to all free features of the BidKit calculator — only the paid Pro features (proposal and contract generation) will be locked.
Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles.
